EMU Hollow Axle Detection Management Information Data Platform (EXTMIS)
EXTMIS is suitable for all the Railway Bureaus, EMU Depots and the Safety Detection Maintenance Bases to perform the unified management on EMU Hollow Axle Detecting Data. This platform which can both send and receive data from the detecting equipment is able to store the data into a data center achieving the send-receive plan, performance calibration data, detecting data, equipment running data, defective data, detecting data management, process of electronic countersign and statistical analysis as well as business report output. Queries, statistics and data analysis can be carried out via a certain way and display a friendly interface to users. This platform is highly applauded by the Railway Bureaus as it works with lots of functions including decision-making support data, maintenance warning, ledger management, operation monitoring and operation quality evaluation etc.
This platform, which is designed and developed by adopting B/S mode and MVC structure, is in strict accordance with the requirement of No.100, 2013 named Hexie Series EMU Hollow Axles Ultrasonic Detecting Procedures issued by China Railway Corporation.
The EXTMIS has been installed and implemented in seven Railway Bureaus, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Wuhan and other three ones. Now it has received excellent comments after two-year running. Importantly, it is a good problem-solver on difficult to manage detecting data, difficult to monitor, difficult to examine and difficult to do backup etc.
1. Platform Functions
This Platform, which is composed of universal authority framework, detecting business Information, workflow engine and data interface, can connect XHAT system through the interface to achieve detecting data summery, backup, retrieve and other functions as well. The interface realizes the interaction between this platform and the DOMIS from China Academy of Railway Sciences on operation plan, EMU information and detecting data.
