Overall Solutions

This line is located in axle maintenance workshop and covers an area of 69m×24m. The solution is for EMU wheel set disassembly, wheel maintenance, brake disc maintenance, axle maintenance and gearbox maintenance in the newly established Shenyang EMU depot. The processes includes disassembly, rinsing, detecting, inspecting, measuring, assembling, and adjusting. This project is designed and implemented based on maintenance process requirements and maintenance work quantity of Shenyang EMU depot. It is an integrated systematic solution with CHSR’s patented system integration technology.
