Based on Beijing S1 Line Integration Project, customized solution has been prepared and provided to Changsha Maglev Line Project for its rolling stock depot integrated maintenance system. There are 167 types of equipment for rolling stock daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual, scheduled (temporary)and frame maintenance. CHSR has also provide systematic solution for operation, maintenance, power supply and infrastructure.

CHSR has intellectual property rights and maintenance process over two sets of equipment specially provided for maglev maintenance and they are levitation chassis mounting & dismounting vehicle and large equipment off-loading station, among which the vehicle is designed to fit the track wrapping structure of bogie frame and in turn dismounting of bogie has been made very easy and convenient. Besides, bogie moving device designed for transporting bogie also helped to ensure the smooth implementation of process procedures.
