This solution provides level 3, level 4, and level 5 maintenance for CRH2 and CRH3 model EMU, and accommodates level 3 maintenance for CRH1 model EMU. It includes wheel & axle disassembly line, wheel maintenance line, axle maintenance line, wheel & axle assembly test line, intelligent logistics system, information based maintenance system and major process equipment adopted for dismantling, drawing-out, dimension measuring, rust removing, paint stripping, rinsing, nondestructive detecting, filling, lathing, press mounting, resistance testing, balance testing, paint drying, running-in test, logistics, and warehousing.

Work piece on-line automatic conveying has been adopted for the entire line. Centralized management has been carried out through bogie disassembly maintenance management and control system so as to realize information exchange between equipment. Maintenance information of each work station can be input into bogie disassembly maintenance management and control system to guide the maintenance work of each work station.

Streamlined maintenance process has been adopted and deign of overall maintenance line has been formed to cover control, logistics, equipment, work station, and tooling. Equipment functions at each work station are connected organically and flexibly to ensure the reliability of system function, ability to meet requirements, automatic & prompt logistics, flexible safety of procedures, convenient maintenance as well as smooth flow of process, logistics, and data. The overall technology has reached international advanced level of similar products.
