Beijing Medium & Low Speed Maglev Demonstration
Being the first medium & low speed maglev demonstration line for commercial use in China, Beijing Line S1 holds an important position in domestic rail transit industry. It is also one of the people’s livelihood improving infrastructure projects of Beijing.
As general contractor of the project, CHSR is mainly responsible for research & development, procurement, integration, and installation of all process equipment of rolling stock depot. CHSR has integrated both complete equipment required for rolling stock daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual, scheduled (temporary), frame & major frame maintenance, as well as operation & maintenance information management system. CHSR has provided overall solution for maintenance system integration by carrying out study and analysis on maintenance line system integration technology and other comprehensive factors.
Complete equipment required by rolling stock depot for daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly , annual, scheduled (temporary), frame and major frame maintenance includes multi-component equipment for disassembly, transmission, inspection, assembly, purging, and washing as per requirement of rolling stock repair schedule, among which core maintenance product BT25 is first in China, and F59 for operation & maintenance is specialized equipment for domestic medium & low speed maglev maintenance. Component test stands are also first in China and applied for intellectual property rights protection.
Maintenance information management system includes 2 parts which are train remote monitoring system and rolling stock operation & maintenance management system. These two parts work together to ensure safety management and monitoring of maglev train and fill the gap of domestic maglev transit operation and maintenance management system.
