CHSR is providing complete solution of bogie core systems to Tianjin high power base. Considering the schedule that Tianjin CRH high power maintenance base needs to maintain 5 locomotive components daily, CHSR confirmed to adopt the advanced, adaptable and economic overall solution. The stream line could meet two-year and six-year maintenance requirements for many high power electric locomotives such as model HXD1, model HXD1B, model HXD2, model HXD2B, model HXD3 and HXD3B. The entire maintenance stream line is with protective measures such as quality equipment, hydraulic pressure, electricity and so on. CHSR strictly implements relevant national safety design standard to ensure the priority of the entire steam line running safely, reliably and the safety of the operators. It complies national and railway industry standards and provides the overall solutions and services to customers from equipment selection to equipment running.
This maintenance stream line equipment adopts the most advanced technologies including 3-D electronic prototyping technology, visual design technology, computer finite element analysis technology, components stress and strain analysis technology (to ensure the reliability and safety of the components design), maintenance line mechatronics technology, length sensor and laser ranging device. In the electric control system and computer software development, it adopts powerful configuration software platform, industry bus technology & remote communication monitoring technology, AGV vehicle electrical system design uses CAN bus technology to realize the system integration module design, the processor uses DSP digital signal to achieve process control. In the manufacturing process, it adopts comprehensive processing center, numerical control machine processing, 3-D measuring machine detection, non-destructive detection technology as well as other advanced manufacturing technology. The maintenance management control system uses RFID technology, wireless network positioning technology and laser scanning technology to do comprehensive management on detecting information and technical history via LAN. It could achieve information exchange with the maintenance base information management system through system host port. Adopting internet technology and combined control interlock function to ensure the interlocking, rhythmical, logistics smooth, safety & efficiency among the detecting equipment, detecting equipment and logistics transporting equipment by connecting the logistics transporting equipment and frame maintenance equipment organically via communication bus of the controlling system.
