CHSR has undertaken system integration for core equipment of wheel set brake disc maintenance line, wheel set maintenance line, axle-hung box maintenance line, and bogie maintenance.

Wheel brake disc maintenance line is located in the wheel set warehouse, which is next to bogie warehouse. Height of wheel set warehouse crane rail is 7.8 meters, while distance between bottom of crane’s operator cab and rail surface is 4.7 meters. It covers an area of approximately 60m. This line is used for disassembly, washing, detecting, inspecting, and assembling of Chengdu Hexie high power locomotive wheel set components. This solution of maintenance system integration is based on process requirement and amount of maintenance work of Chengdu high power locomotive wheel set maintenance, as well as CHSR’s research and analysis on comprehensive factors including system integration technology.

This wheel set maintenance line is suitable for 2-year wheel set maintenance of all models of Hexie high power locomotives. It can satisfy the needs of wheel set axle box disassembly & assembly, as well as wheel set cleaning, inspecting and detecting. It also allows expansion to accommodate wheel set maintenance of SS series locomotives.

Axle suspension box maintenance line is located in the axle maintenance section of axle maintenance workshop, which covers an area of 110m ×10m. This line is used for disassembling, cleaning, detecting, inspecting & repairing, and assembling of axle components of Hexie high power electric locomotive. This solution of maintenance system integration has been provided based on process requirement and amount of maintenance work of Chengdu high power locomotive axle maintenance, combining our research and analysis on comprehensive factors including system integration technology.
