This project is located at Baqiao District, Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province (within the scope of Xi’an International Trade & Logistics Park Phase II Plan). The designed capability enables the line to provide maintenance to 1400 Hexie locomotives and streamline maintenance operation process has been adopted. CHSR has undertaken system integration for wheel maintenance line, axle and gearbox maintenance line, wheel set processing and conveying line.

Each maintenance line consists of disassembling, measuring, cleaning, coating, detecting, inspecting and repairing, assembling, testing, warehousing and transporting. CHSR has provided the system integration solution based on wheel set process requirement of Xi’an high power locomotive maintenance workshop, quantity of maintenance work, and CHSR’s research and analysis on maintenance operation line system integration technology.
