Shanghai newly established CRH module high power locomotive maintenance base includes newly established combination garage, optimized spray paint, returning maintenance garage, locomotive debug garage and others. Bogie maintenance garage, key part of this project, was implemented by CHRS.

Bogie maintenance garage set up four main stream lines, they are wheel set disassembly & assembly stream line, wheel maintenance stream line, axle maintenance stream line and bogie disassembly & assembly stream line. Meanwhile, it set up multi components maintenance stream line such as axle maintenance stream line, axle box maintenance stream line, pulling motor maintenance stream line, absorber maintenance stream line, caliper & tread cleaner maintenance line, primary & secondary round spring stream line, drawbar maintenance stream line, motor sleeve, axle box line, hook buffer maintenance stream line and grounding device area, etc.
